Also known as The Jakarta Bypass Toll Road, this elevated roadway connects downtown Jakarta directly with the port, bypassing the congestions on the regular public roads below. While providing an easier access to the port, the first lane designated for heavier and slower vehicles is also easily distressed.
This project is notable for the use of innovative modified asphalt on the first lane, to reduce the amount and severity of pavement distresses and to increase service life. This high-performance asphalt improves rutting resistance, with less thermal cracking, more durability and more resistance against moisture damage.
As the premium toll road that connects Jakarta and West Java province, Cipularang is constantly being in the spotlight of news coverage and user reviews, leaving no room for any lack of reliability, or disregards in maintenance.
This is one of our most challenging projects, which involves many different processes including resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation works as well as complete removal of the existing structure to allow a new rigid pavement reconstruction.
Kota Baru Parahyangan is a city-scaled luxury suburban housing intended to support and reduce the stress of Bandung’s crowded urban area. Our tasks in this project include constructing the collector road that provides the main access to the residences, and tertiary roads to link the clusters and local centers of activity such as shops, sports facilities and schools.
This project also reflects our contribution to support the developments of new suburban hubs and living solutions, to help addressing modern-day population issues.
The international mall is a strategic feature of Jakarta Garden City, located at the eastern border of Jakarta. It plays a major role in the overall concept of “Vibrant Social Center” carried out by the luxurious residence.
In this project, we demonstrate another aspect of our expertise: underground pavement construction. A task that requires precision, skill and constant adjustments to our strategy due to its high level of details, complexity, and limited space availability.
It is always an honor to contribute our expertise for the benefit of the community, such as maintaining the best condition and the longest service time of public roads. In this case, we are assigned with the maintenance of arterial, intersection and elevated roads, the essential aspects that help reduce congestion and traffic accidents across the city.
One of our achievements in this project is being able to perform successful maintenance tasks on 13 fly-over roads within a year.
It is our pride to take part in such an important national infrastructure development, rigid pavement construction of the 18 kilometers Bawen-Salatiga section of The Trans-Java Toll Road. Opened for public on 25 September 2017, this section is a part of the high-profile project that will eventually span 1,167 kilometers connecting Merak in the province of Banten with Banyuwangi in East Java.
This project also marked our first time of performing construction works in Central Java.
Also known as The Jakarta Inner Ring Road, the toll road connects the heart of Jakarta with the main gateway of the country: Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
As one of the busiest toll roads in the city, the main access to the airport and the main VIP route, there is only a small window of time everyday for maintenance purposes. We answer this challenge by providing an exceptionally skilled and organized crew along with well-maintained equipment and transport vehicles to get the job done efficiently in such a tight deadline.
Simpang Susun Semanggi is the circular elevated roadway system built above the existing Semanggi interchange. In addition to its purpose to help reducing congestion on Jakarta’s Golden Triangle business and government district, the elevated interchange is also the city’s newest icon.
To meet the requirements of such an important city landmark, we develop the highest quality mixture, as well as utilize some of the most advanced equipment available, such as our Volvo ABG5820 Asphalt Finisher, which takes its first run in this project.
